If I recall correctly the times I have lost my ID and password at
Ancestry.com, all I did was go to the sign-in page (look in the upper
right=hand corner of the Ancestry.com home page). There should be a box to
click that says you have forgotten your ID and password and asks them to
E-mail it to you. You may have to respond to a couple of questions - I don't
recall. If that doesn't work, call them at 1-800-ANCESTRY.
