MY NOTES for ROBERT 1) FEAKE

Robert was called "gentleman" when he arrived with the Winthrop fleet. He
was from St. Edmunds, Lombard Street, London, Greater London, England. He
was the s o James -1) Feake of London, a goldsmith. Robert applied for
freeman 19 Oct 1630 & waw admitted 18 May 1631. He md 1631 Elizabeth Fones,
the widow of
Henry Winthrop. He had something to do with Greenwich, Ct., but his
residence was at Watertown, Ma. Savage says he d at Watertown in 1663, The
records of the Wintrhop Fleet says he moved to Long Island, dying there
1663. They were parents of 5 ch. We come thru their daughter Hannah Feak who
md John Bowne the s/o Thomas.

MY NOTES FOR WILLIAM 1) HALLETT

William was in New London, Ct 1648, he was a carpenter, removed 1649 to
Flushing Long Island, NY. He was an orig. settler at Greenwich, CT many
years before and in 1652 had lands at Newtown, Queens LI, NY.

William md Elizabeth (FONES) Winthrop-Feake md William HALLET as her 3rd
husband, she was md1) 1629 to her 1c Henry 2) Winthrop, md2) 1632 to Lt
Robert 1) FEAKE who was called insane..

William & Elizabeth were married after 1660 - They had two sons, William
2)HALLETT and Samuel 2) HALLETT. William 2) Hallett md Sarah WOOLSEY d/o
George WOOLSEY the s/o Benjamin the s/o Thomas WOOLSEY.

William and Sarah (Woolsey) Hallett's son Richard md Amy 3) Cock - In 1686

William lived with his sons William and Samuel HALLETT in Halletts Cove,
[also found it to be called Hell Gate - where he died in 1688 at 90 years of
age.

Do any of you know the mix-up with the two sons, who their mother was, if
Elizabeth was Williams' first wife, then the two boys would have to be born
after 1660- I have them being born 1648 and 1652- before William and
Elizabeth were married -

I have found a William 3) HALLET born 1670 perhaps that is the son of
Elizabeth FONES -
