The Haines book lists Hugh Haines [Sr.]'s children as:
Hugh Haines [Jr.], an unnamed daughter who married William Ferguson,
and Mark Haines.

Hugh Haines Jr.'s children are listed as:
Hugh Haines [III], b. 1782, and Joseph B. Haines, b. 1783.

In the pages that I have, there appear to be a number of Isaac's.
However, none of them was born late enough to be your Isaac Haines.

Perhaps someone on the list with access to "Richard Haines and His
Descendants ..." could look him up. I think it would be in Volume 2.
