On pg. 166 under Symons:

house of Henry White.

In the birth & death records of Pasquotank MM, pg 124, under White:

Henry: (no birth or death data or wife listed)
Ch: Ann, b 10-5-1669
Elizabeth, b 10-29-1673
Robert, b 11-2-1674
James & John, b 5-20-1676 (John d 1-25-1717)
Elkanah, b 2-4-1679
Mary, b 8-15 or 16-1682
Damaris, b 12------1684

Henry, b 4-25-1690
Arnold, b 7----1693 (the last of the month)
Mary, b 7------1696
Isaac, b 4-24-1700

Mary White, w. Henry, d 3-3-1679
Henry White d 8-3-1712
Damaris White, widow, once w/ Henry, d 9-12-1722 age 63 yrs.

On pg. 78 of vol. I (Perquimans MM) under White:

1681, 7, 10. Henry declared intention of m (marrying) Damaris Morison (2nd
time), at a MM held at the house of Henry Prows in Little River.

Hope this gives you a little more information. Unfortunately, the records
don't say where these people came from before NC. Perhaps someone else will
know--this isn't my family so I've not researched them.
