The FTM site GenealogyLibrary.com has a copy of the
extracted records of Duck Creek MM, Kent co,DE. Privately
published in 1900. No author shown but I understand that it
was done by Herbert Standing. At the beginning of the book
there is a 3 page history of the Mtg running from 1705-1830.
The implication is that no extraction was done for events after
1830, so this may not be recent enough for your purposes.

Only James Wilson listing is this:
19 12M 1727 James Wilson of Tredhaven MM,MD & Sarah Nock ltm

As far as I am aware, no other extraction of Duck Creek MM has
been done. Your best bet would be to rent a film from the Mormons
at your local FHC. According to entries in LDS catalog,
in 1830 Duck Creek MM merged with Motherkiln MM to form
Camden MM,DE and thus you would want to obtain film for that.
From LDS library catalog:

Contains births 1742-1897 for Murderkill (p. 1-26) and Camden (p.48-63), deaths
1742-1927 for Camden (p. 27-28, 64-74) and Murderkill (p. 29-47), marriages
1789-1922 for Duck Creek and Camden (p. 75-135) and an index at the end.

Film Ref: FHL US/CAN Film 6321 Item 8

Can anyone tell me how I would go about finding if James Wilson and Mary
Pryor Wilson were in the Duck Creek MM in Kent County DE? They had a son,
William Peter Wilson born 1874 in Blackston or Blackiston Crossroads, Kent
County, DE. I have been trying to locate them for a long time. James was my
ggrandfather and William P. was my grandfather. Any and all help will be
greatly appreciated. Thank you.
