Two Quaker histories I've found of use are: The Quaker Reader, edited by
Jessamyn West, The Viking Press, New York City, 1962; and The Quakers In
Canada: A History, by Arthur G. Dorland, Ryerson Press, Toronto, 1968.

In the former book there's a Quaker chronology. It clearly shows, for
example that William Penn was convinced in 1667, while George Fox's
Journal wasn't published until 1694. However, this chronology ignores
Canada. (Quakers have been in Canada since at least 1783.)
