Some years ago, I found a map with reference to Teedyuscung's Swamp in
Pike Co., PA.
To the best of my knowledge, Teedyuscung, "King of the Delawares" (AKA
Lenape Indians) was far removed from this area, and I've never read
accounts of his visiting here. Could someone please illuminate me as to
the origin of this place name?
