Looking for any information regarding the ENGLEHARDT family in
Shohola, Pike County, c.1900: MARY ELIZABETH ENGLEHARDT, a sister, KATE,
AND TWO BROTHERS, JACOB and JOHN.
MARY ELIZABETH (my gmother) married CHRISTOPHER CASSIDY (my
gfather), started a family in Shohola, later moved to Kingston, NY; and
finally to Bridgeport, CT, where both died and are buried.
CHRISTOPHER'S father, MICHAEL CASSIDY (my ggfather), may have died in
Shohola, but there doesn't seem to be any record of his death or burial
that I can find so far.
If anyone has information regarding the family, or has access to
such information, I would appreciate your contacting me either through
the list or directly.
