I am sorry, but the U.S. Census Returns between 1830 and 1850 have not been
indexed and are not available on line.

On the 1860 Census Returns there are 15 William Fischers living in 9 states.
Kindly be more specific.

Also please be advised that I am willing to give you the citations for the
indexed microfilmed census records, I am NOT willing to read microfilm
images for you.
