The current exchange rate is 1.4578, or at least it was yesterday. That
means all I want or need to send to the UK is just under $5. I mean, I
don't want to sound toooo cheap here. It just offends me to have to pay $15
to $35 over and above to send $5 to the UK. I really resent being "scalped".
I'll feel a little silly asking for a $5 or $10 UK Traveler's check but
... if the price is fair ... I'll be delighted to buy it. I'm thinking for
all this hassle I'll buy two CDs and give one to my local library's
genealogy department. THANKS, LINDA FOR THE SUGGESTION!
