Subject: [PaCambri] Leaving Pennsylvania for West Virginia, late 1880's

I have an ancestor, William H. Fronk, b. 1857, who left Cambria/Indiana Co.
area around the late 1880's to find work in the lumber camps in West Virginia.
He married in Wayne Co. WV, moved to Mingo Co. WV and worked as a
cook in a lumber camp, and then Pike Co. KY to work the coal mines.
Anyone on the list have ancestors who may have traveled the same route?
I'm wondering if there were newspaper advertisements for lumberman needed
in that area of WV at that time.
