Hi Folks,
Maybe you recall the below offer I posted in Nov. 2002. I now have the complete list and can add the following townships:
Taylor, Clearfield, White, Munster, and Allegheny.

Marcia Fronk

>This is a look-up offer.
>The offer is that I have a partial copy of page one of the Cambria
>newspaper "Democrat and Sentinel" dated June 15, 1864. This page
>listed by township the men's names drawn out of the wheel to be
>drafted. If you had an ancestor in the following townships I'll be glad
>to look for them in the paper, contact me off list.

>Townships include: Conemaugh, Yoder, Washington Twp. &
>Summitville Bor., Cambria Borough, Richland, Blacklick, Jackson,
>Carroll, Carrolltown Borough, Chest, Croyle, Summerhill, and
>Wilmore Borough. Sorry the copy is only partial.

>Below is listed Susquehanna township's list. Just a note of interest,
>my ancestor Cyrus Fronk who was one of those drawn, was age 37
>and had already served nine months with the 133rd through the
>battles of Fredericksburg and Chancelorsville. From this draft he
>serves another nine months with the 204th - 5th Heavy Artillery.
