I am one of the Rootsweb lurkers at the moment... being a neophite at the genealogy scene. However I have to come to the defense of the Funeral Directors. I have known Chuck Contres for years... and recently visited his establishment at which time he was gracious and allowed me full access to his records. I am sure he is taken back by all this and had no intention of causing a stir. Shame on anyone who tries to use another for financial gain in research of family trees.
For those of you who do need assistance with Northern Cambria cemetaries... or obituaries... I hope that someday I can do you a favor and help out... PRO BONO.
Thanks for all the emails and advice I have garnered from this group... there are many good people out there.
