Yes, Mary,

Walters Avenue is in Cambria County, Richland Township to be precise. It
is bounded on the east end by Old Solomon Run Road and by Bedford Street
on the west end. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is
located on this road as well as an armory. The old Skateland Roller Rink
was there as well. I guess the place to start would be at the Cambria
County Courthouse in Ebensburg to look over old property and tax
records?
