GIBBONS, his mother.

Accounts of the executors of the estate of Timothy DAVIS dec'c, presented
and approved.
John BOYLE vs Sarah CANTWELL, executors of Thomas CANTWELL dec'd. Witness:
Luke MCGAVEN. On motion and affidavit of John BOYLE, the Court appoints June
24th to hear the parties as relates to their giving security to execute the
will. And now 24 June 1817 before Abraham HILDEBRAND and George ROBERTS: Case
continued until next term by the plaintiff paying the court costs for this
term.

Thomas WILLIAMS appointed guardian for Jacob OSBURN. Denis BRAWLEY appointed
guardian for Samuel CANEWAY.
Accounts of the administrators of the estate of Patrick DIMOND dec'd

David PRYCE is appointed guardian for Nancy RE?? EL until she reaches the age
of 15.
The Court allows George BRINDZORF Sr only $200 for services as administrator
of the estate of George BRINDZORF Jr, dec'd.
