Petition of Hannah MURPHY, minor daughter of Michael MURPHY dec'd, choosing
Richard MCGUIRE as her guardian during her minority.

Petition of Hannah MURPHY, widow of Michael MURPHY, late of Allegheny Twp, to
have a guardian appointed over Lawrence MURPHY, a minor under age 14. The
Court appoints Richard MCGUIRE as his guardian until he attains age 14.

Petition of Margaret MOONEY to have a guardian appointed for Betsy, Sarah and
Hetty, minor children of Abraham MOONEY, dec'd, in the room of Timothy DAVIS
dec'd. The Court appoints George ROBERTS, Esq to be their guardian until they
reach the age of 14.

Petition of Peter and Peggy MOONEY choosing George ROBERTS Esa as their
guardian until they reach full age. Approved.

The parties in the estate of James MCGOUGH dec'd appearing in Court, and
being called severally refused to take the land in the Inquisition named at
the appraisement. The Court ordered that the land be exposed to public sale
on the first Monday in Nov next.

Petition of Christiana and Catharine LUER? to have Abraham HILDEBRAND Esq
appointed guardian.
