AGNEW, Maria M., consort of Smith AGNEW, died suddenly in this borough
Thursday, 14th inst. aged 36 years, leaving a husband and 8 young children.

ALLISON, James, an estimable young man, formerly of this place, aged 25 y 6m
26 d, died Saturday, 8th inst. at Hollidaysburg, Huntingdon Co. (Tuesday, 18
Apr. 1837)
ALLISON, Thomas, of Indiana Co., died Wednesday, aged 82 years. A
Revolutionary War soldier (Thursday, 16 Jan. 1834)
ALLISON, William, formerly of Indian Co., died Thursday last at the house of
Alexander McConnell in this place. A young man; left a widowed mother
(Tuesday, 16 May 1837)
ANDERLUI, Mary Ann, Wife of Charles, died in Ebensburg on Wednesday, 19th
inst, aged about 22 years (Thursday, 27 Mar. 1834)
ANDERSON, Andrew, formerly of Huntingdon County, but a resident of Cambria
County for the last 32 years, died at his residence in Allegheny Twp. on the
4th inst, at an advanced age. His wife died only a few weeks before

ANDERSON, Patience, wife of Andrew of Allegheny Twp on the 4th inst, at an
advanced age. She was one of the earliest settlers of the district of Cambria
County, in which she lately resided (Thursday, 09 Jan 1834)
ANDREWS, Benjamin, at Blairsville, editor of the "Conemaugh Republican" and
Laura SANGER, daughter of David of Erie, married Thursday, 21st inst, at Erie
by Rev. Joseph S. BARRIS (Thursday, 11 Aug 1831)
APPLETON, Ann, wife of Dr. E APPLETON, died Monday, 10th inst, leaving a
husband, 13 day old infant and five more children. She left England in 1821
(Thursday, 11 Aug 1831)
APPLETON, E. (Dr) late of Cambria County, and Mrs. Sarah MCCORMICK of
Pittsburgh married at Pittsburgh the 21st ult by Rev M. RUER (Thursday, 12
Dec 1833)
ARTS, Ann Maria (Mrs) consort of John, of this place, died Monday evening
last in her 29th year. (Tuesday 01 Aug 1837; but date inside paper reads 25
Jul 1837)
