Could anyone tell me where Starford,Pa is? My grandmother worked in the
post
office 1896, I would like to find this place. Also would anyone out there
know any
thing about an Effie Mae Pennington(Moore) married to James Henry Kent?She was
born July 1880. Her grandfather Henry Pennington raised her at Clearfield
County.
James Henry Kent was a mine superintend for Barnes and Tucker. I bebieve
started in Barnesboro Pa, and then was in Cambria County. I'm trying to find
info on Effie Mae, her Mother and Father's name
