If this means anything, my dad died in 1981 and he is not in the index. I
have learned earlier from the people who work at the Latter-Day Saints
Records Center (these center are suppose to be highly recommended for good
data) that because my dad retired from the PRR (Penna RailRoad), he would not
be in the SS records.
Don't know how much of this is true, but maybe somebody out there could
verify this.
