Go to
http://www.ancestry.com/search/rectype/vital/ssdi/main.htm

Search for the person you want the records for (Only works if theyre dead)

When the matches come up, click on "Request Information", that page will tell
you what to do and even "Generate a Letter" to send to Social Security with
your $7.00.
