Another great way to find out about the daily lives of our ancestors is to
look them up in the Agriculture and Manufacturing Census. I don't know if
that is the correct name of it, but in looking up some of my ancestors, I
found out the crops they grew, how much they harvested, the number of
livestock, etc. It gives you an idea of just what they had to do each day.
