I have some Bowser info in my files....my mother-in-law grew up in
Tanneryville, her grandfather Neal Settlemire had a farm up Laurel Mountain
on Tollgate Rd, Barry Rummel tells me he walks his dogs out there...our main
family in the area is Adams.

1. Catherine Bowser 1849-1905, d/o George Bowser & Sophia Riblett, married
George Adams 1842-1924, they lived in Prosser Hollow, and are buried at
Benshoff Hill Cem. I ahve ten children for them, and several lines of
grandchildren and beyond.

2. Emma Bowser married Henry H Rager 1850-1931, s/o Martin Rager & Rebecca
Adams. I know Henry is buried at Benshoff Hill. I have nothing further on
this family, would appreciate anyone's help!

3. Joseph I Bowser married Jessie Adams, born abt 1897, d/o Alfred M "Alf"
Adams & Jennie Kels. Another family I need help on!

that's who I have from the Taylor Twp areas, I do have some other Bowsers in
Bedford, Somerset & Indiana Counties.

Let me know if you connect to any of the families I listed above.
