Mrs. Silas Wissinger (below) is Samantha Stiffler, b Feb 23, 1860 at Indiana
Co., Pa, and d Nov 1943. She was the wife of Silas Daniel Wissinger (b Oct
11, 1855; d Oct 1934), the son of Henry Wissinger & Margaret Speilman. This
union had two children: Jennie Irene Wissinger, b July 2, 1897 and P.J.
Stiffler Wissinger, b Apr 5, 1902.

Following is the obit of Rebecca Garman, wife of Peter Stiffler. They had
been hard to find in the census index (must have always had their name
mangled).
