Haven't had a chance to search for McConaughy St.

Cambria City was for a time an independent boro, but after the 1889 flood all the boros then in existence that laid in the valley merged into a new city, taking the name Johnstown, which previously was the boro of the "downtown" area, and the post office for the general area.

By 1907 Cambria City was a part of the city of Johnstown, and is only a couple blocks from downtown at it's closest point. It would ne included in the city directories, which are at the Cambria Co library. The Tribune at that time covered out 20-25 miles.
