I spent a couple of hours today looking at the microfilm of The North
Cambria News that the library obtained for me through Interlibrary Loan.
Although I haven't found the obituary I am looking for, I jotted down a
couple of names that had detailed obituaries.
They were Mrs. Mark HUBER (Margaret Ann DAUGHTERY) in the April 30, 1936
issue and John A. NAGLE, 94, last surviving Civil War vet in the vicinity
in the Mar 19, 1936 issue. Hope this is of interest to someone!

There aren't many obituaries in the paper. Weddings seemed to more
newsworthy.
