Can you tell me anything about Catherine (LIVINGSTON) SMITH?

My maternal great grandparents were Patrick McDERMOTT and Catherine McCANN.
They had to have a dispensation to marry as they were related in someway. I
have not been able to determine how.

I do know that Patrick McDERMOTT's mother was a LIVINGSTON and Catherine
McCANN's mother was Mary SMITH. They were married in St. John Gualbert
Catholic Church, Johnstown, Conamaugh Borough (the family referred to this
church as "The Old German Church") on June 8, 1869.

I'm wondering if they are related in anyway to Catherine LIVINGSTON SMITH.
It seems possible that there is a connection here somewhere.

Also my paternal great grandmother was Susan SMITH and someone in my
grandfather's family was related to the McDERMOTT's and the McCANN's.

Was it Catherine LIVINGSTON SMITH?

Do you have a list of the people buried in the same cemetery (is it Soap
Hollow?)

Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
