I don't know if this Elizabeth Horner is the one you are looking for or not.
I have the following information:

Isaac S. Horner, b July 30, 1832 the s/o John C. Horner and Elizabeth Sill;
Dec 24, 1903; married Julia Ann Wissinger, b Aug 26, 1836 at Conemaugh Twp.,
Cambria Co., Pa. the d/o George W. Wissinger & Rebecca Blackburn; d Sept 10,
1920 and is buried at Ogletown Cem., in Ogletown, Pa. Isaac and Julia had
three children:

1. Rebecca Horner, b June 28, 1862; d May 29, 1947; m Jacob Fox
2. Elizabeth Horner, b Dec 23, 1856; d Feb 22, 1951
3. Malinda Horner, b 1858; d 1935; m Samuel B. Allison

has a listing

186 would be Henry Horner
187 his wife Elizabeth H. Horner
I believe these are my ggreat grandparents and I am trying to get
information
on them such as birthdates death dates obituaries and any kin records. Is
there an address to write this cemetery that i am missing
