Hi all,
I made this table about a year ago for my sites. Hope you can follow
it...it's pretty simple. Basically, say your GGGGgrandpa is Fred, and he is
also my GGGgrandpa...thats our common ancestor! (G=Greats)
Level 1Your GGGGFred is my GGGFred
Level 2 Your GGG My GG
Level 3Your GG MY G
Level 4 Your G My Grandpa
Level 5 Your Grandpa My Dad
Level 6 Your Dad Me
Level 7 You
See how the generations are uneven because of how far we are from the Common?
Thats once removed....Your kids would be down one more (two down from my
level) that is twice removed. See the <a
