Ritchey family by any chance?

I was searching the net trying to find information on the Ritchey family
and exasperation led me to try some names on my mother's side of the
family. That brought me to your page. Its very impressive. My
grandmother was Mary Crum, and lived in Cambria Co. PA, specifically,
Beaverdale. So when I saw a reference to Portage, I had a pretty good
idea that this was the same Crum family. My mother has also told me
that she is related to the Plummers from that area. I don't know much
more, however, I will send a note to my mother to get some names of her
relatives to see if there is a connection.
I apologize for taking your time, but I couldn't resist when I saw those
familiar place names from PA.
