This is some records on my grandfather Thomas John which the records states was in Cecil Co., MD and then PA before coming to Loudoun Co., VA.
Loudoun and Fairfax counties in Virginia were formed from Prince William County in Va. He died in Loudoun County, Virginia and his will is dated 1770. He was Quaker.
