I wouldn't think so. Rachel was the daughter of William H. Harvey b. 22 Mar
1775 and Sarah Marshall b. 15 Feb 1780. Both parents were born in Chester
Co.PA.

I finally solved one of my long time mysteries! My Dingeys also went by
Dingee which is a much more common Quaker name than Dingey. Dingeys were only
found in New York and PA during Colonial times and I could never connect the
lines until I discovered the Dingee connection.
