Hi,
I'd check the 1820 census for Pa. and look for McClure's in western Pa. I'd also check Ohio for the will of her father since its not likely she would have moved to Ohio on her own. It will probably be easier to find her father in Ohio, using wills, than in Pa., using church records, which might not exist. Check the early Ohio census indexes to try to locate a county and township for the father.
Keep in mind, not all source materials are created equal. Certainly Martha knew where she was born and if she repeatedly said Pa. than that is probably true. On the other hand her sons widow probably provided the information about where his mother was born and it would be easy to confuse Warren Ohio with Warren, Pa. I don't think Warren County, Pa. even existed in 1816.
When looking at two sources of information you have to give additional value to information provided by the person your researching. They are most likely to know the correct answer.

I have been searching for many years without success to find the parents of
the following individual: Martha McClure who was born on or about May 5 1814
in Pennsylvania. On her death certificate, her son gave information that
she was born in Warren, Pennsylvania. Looking here resulted in no information.
She married William R. Iiams who was born in Washington Co., Pennsylvania
in 1807. The Iiams family migrated to Warren Co., Ohio and then to Shelby
County, Ohio. All of the children of Martha McClure and William Iiams were born
in Shelby Co., Ohio. In both the 1870 & 1880 census, Martha's place of
birth is listed as Pennsylvania and that her parents were born in Ireland. It is
believed that the marriage took place in Warren Co., Ohio. But again, no
records were found to substantiate this.
Martha McClure Iiams died in Lima, Allen Co., Ohio on 22 Jun 1896. Her
parents were not listed on the death certificate.
