Subject: PENNSYLVANIA, PETER WISE, 1700's-mid to late century

Seeking information on PETER WISE, b. 1753 in Philadelphia, PA and moved to Lancaster Cnty. (close to the city of Lancaster) at the age of 16, about 1769. He remained in PA until 5 years after the Revolutionary War, then lived in VA for 7 years before settling in TN. Since I do not know the names of his parents nor his siblings is there any route I can take to find him?.

Any possibilities would be deeply appreciated.
