Hi Elizabeth,
I would suggest you join the Boone list, .

I am a Maryland Boone, Calvert, Charles, and Prince George's Co., and they
are Catholics, and Daniel's family of course the, PA Boones were Quaker.
Then there is the John Diel Boone family that was in Frederick Co., and they
were German.

My family "lore" also stated we were related to Daniel Boone. So I set out
to find if indeed we were related to him, and came away learning about the
other Boones that lived so closely to one another but were not related.

However I did not research Daniel Boone, as we were not related, and there
are others out there that have done a very fine job of researching him and
his family.

The Boone list has many of those great researchers on it, that know the PA
Boones and Daniel's family. So I suggest you post your query to the Boone
list and give them as much info as you have, and maybe someone will be able
to help you.
