Subject: [PA-QUAKERS] Tacy name
Hi,
My name is Tacy, an old Quaker name from way back. My first Tacy ancester
was Tacy Lukens, born 1764 in Montgomery Co., Pa. and there has been a Tacy
in
each of my generations since then. My mother was Tacy, my gr-aunt was Tacy
and
my grand-daughter (named after me), born in 1971 is named Tacy. I live in
lower Bucks Co and there were a lot of Tacy's in Langhorne when I was
growing up
in the 1930's. My fifth grade teacher was named Tacy Satterthwaits. Tacy
is
not a nick name.
