Subject: [PA-QUAKERS] Where do I start???

I've been researching my family history for about 5 years now. One of my great-grandmothers (Anna) told numerous family members that she had Quaker roots in her background, but she neglected to tell through which line. I know that her mother (Ella) was born in PA and her grandmother (Mary), too, I believe. I'm not sure what part of PA. I've always assumed Chester County - Kennett Township because that is where I found Ella and her husband living in 1850. Do I have anything so far that could help me to figure out this Quaker connection? Where should I start?
