I have the above for an ancestor, Martin V. Cox, that homesteaded in
1891. I would like to know what town it is close to so I can search the
1900 census for him.

Location: NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 6 of Township 3-North, Range
36 East in Umatilla County.

I do not have an Oregon map that shows T,S and R information; thank you
to anyone that can help.
