I found these two ancestors at the following orphanage on
the 1881 Census
Institution: North Hyde Hounslow St Marys Orphanage
Place: Heston, Middlesex, England
Thomas DRISCOLL 9 M London, Middlesex, England Rel:
Inmate Occ: Scholar
William DRISCOLL 10 M Woolwich, Kent, England Rel:
Inmate Occ: Scholar
The boys were later (1884) sent to Canada through the
Holborn Union. Does anyone know if records still exist for
this orphanage, and where I might find them? I am in the
USA so am unable to go to the archives. Judy
