Here is a general outline for submitting obituary extracts. Keep in
mind you don't have to follow it exactly, but please try to at least
provide as much information as possible from the following model:

SURNAME, First name (Maiden name) "nick name"; age; residence: ; died
(date and place of death); born (date and place of birth); parents:
(Father NAME & Mother MAIDEN NAME if known); Spouse(s): First name
SURNAME, md. (date and place of marriage); Internment: (Cemetery Name,
Location); Other surnames mentioned: (Family surnames in obituary);
Notes: (if applicable, such as members of Curry Co. pioneer family, or
proprietor of business, etc.); Name of Newspaper, Date appearing in
paper.
