That's a bit of a worry. Perhaps it is one of those that start as a hoax and are then
picked up by real virus initiators, infected and sent on. If so it only reenforces the
golden rule - never open an attachment unless you know what it is and where it
came from.
In your case, delete the file I suppose, carefully! Don't double click on it.
