Dear Roy,
Here we possibly have a complete Plough where all the components
were made from Iron and not just the Tip or Share.
I dont understand 'what you mean' by metal with metal in your
last Para, you havnt given the quote so I cant follow what you are
not understanding.
If, & this is an educated guess, it go's that he was chilling pc's
of Iron with Iron to me it would indicate that he had created a process
where numerous pc's were chilled at the same time, not one after another,
but still in the normal manner by immersion in water; ie Commercial
Production, and not literally cooling metal, with metal itself.
This is once again an example where it is best to quote it initially in full
to enable us to see the context.
