For those of you with Gaelic ancestry, especially from Scotland, the
following list of Gaelic place names may be of interest. The English name is
followed by the "proper" name.

Aberdeen ~ Obaireadhain; Aberfeldy ~ Obairpheallaidh; Arbroath ~
Obar-bhrothaig; Ardnamurchan ~ Aird nam murchan; Argyll ~ EarraghĂ idheal;
Arran ~ Arainn; Asia ~ An Asia; Assynt ~ Asainn; Athole ~ Athall; Atlantic ~
An Cuan Siar (An Tabh - in Outer Isles); Augustus (Fort) ~ Cill Chuimein;
Auldearn ~ Allt Eire

That's all the A's. If this really is of interest to anyone out there, let
me know and I will continue either personally or on list depending on amount
of interest.

Harold
