Looking for additional information about family of Nathaniel BLANCHARD, d 1840 Aurelius NY. Thanks to Laurel Auchampaugh of Owasco, an abstrect of his will indicates the following:
Will Dated December 9, 1840, Probated February 17, 1841
mentions: wife Mercy
Daus: Mercy M , Lovina B. , Eunice ,Ann,Caroline C ,Emily I
Sons: Hiram W., George W., Jobe A., Nathaniel,Franklin L,Biron K
Executors: Wife; Harvey (H. Or M. ) Shepard
Witnesses: I.V. Griggs, Thomas Bell

I am trying to determine if daughter "Mercy M" is the same person as Margery Blanchard Timerson, who resided in Auburn, Sterling and Victory, Cayuga Co NY ~1830-1875. Margery married Charles Timerson around 1830, and had children: unknown son(perhaps George or Benjamin) Wealtha, Polly(?), Martha Caroline, Charles E, Elias W, Almedia, Mary Elizabeth.

The parents Nathaniel (d 1840) and Mercy (d 1855) are buried in Lakeview Cem, Cayuga, Cayuga Co, NY.

Son Nathaniel married Cornelia Shepard, and had children including Lovina/Lavinia, and Hiram. These 4 are buried in same cemetery plot with his parents

It is possible that Mercy's name is Mary, and her maiden name was Holcomb.
