Hi List,

My wife and I are planning a trip to Vinalhaven and the nearby area
in Maine
for the end of June to do a little sightseeing and researching my
Carver and
Bennett (possibly others - Thayer) ancestors. I would appreciate any
pointers or other useful information to help make our trip more
successful.
We are currently planning on staying in the Belfast area and day
tripping to
the nearby towns and attractions. (My wife insists on a whale and
puffin
watching excursion :))
