I have some on your family on file..not my line...just on my computer,
tied to other lines of mine..

Samuel Wilson McLarty (no dates of places) and Sara Charity Rice (no
dates or places)
had Sara Temperance b 19 May 1852 Dark Corners, Dallas, Campbell Ga.
d 1 Jan 1931 Macon,Bibb,Ga. Buried Hillcrest Cem. Carroll, Ga.

She married 29 Jan 1874 Villa Rica, Carroll,Ga. John Thomas Slaughter.
.no more except on his family...

Looks like old Samuel may be a sister to Polly?

I copied your note because I have an interest in President tie in's
as do a lot of folks. I did not find that particular president on my
computer..
But notes the Lamar's married into Polk of Alex.V a. and McLarin...
possibly a different spelling? in Bibb Co. Ga. where the McLarty's
above wound up...
