Me, too. I live just about 10 miles from where I grew up (born in Houston, raised in Houston). My 3 sisters all live within 45 minutes of here (don't know about other places, but 45 minutes to an hour away is still in the "Houston area"). Many generations of my family were born within a couple of hours of here. Some of us seem to have settled down.
Which line of your family is Danish?

I have one sister who is doing the unusual: She lives within 17 miles of our birthplace, and
her kids both live nearby. My older sister lives in another state, but all her kids are blocks from
her.
