Hello all: it would not be unusual for a Grimsby registered boat to operate out of Fleetwood. Fishing vessels operate away from their ports of registry all the time, often for long periods. If the move is permanent. they are supposed to re-register but I think that that rule is seldom bothered about. Just look in any fishing port if you are passing with time to spare! - but better hurry, while we still have a fishing fleet.....
