Here in the mobile home court, it's written right in our leases that we will
clear the snow from our front sidewalks. We have sidewalks on this side of
the street, but not on the other. The gal next door remarried a little over
a year ago and her husband took care of my sidewalks last year. The first
time I ever talked to him, he was using a snow blade on my sidewalk and
driveway! He said he was just being a good neighbor! Her husband was so
nice, always friendly and quite a character. He passed away from cancer
about a month ago. Just a case of not going to the doctor soon enough! The
neighbor lost her husband and her 11-year-old Pug dog within 10 days. I
will miss little Tangie. She always barked at me if she heard me out in the
yard and couldn't see me, but if I'd squeeze through the evergreen hedge,
then she was all wiggles and snorts, so glad to have me talk to her and pet
her. She was a little sweetie. Mary P.
