Grace, I happen to know where a thymus gland is located, but haven't the
foggiest idea what a Chicago bender is either. I am familiar with lots of
tool names, but that one is a puzzle. I have used most kinds of small hand
tools including a glass-cutter. Also have used a bandsaw, radial arm saw,
various hand saws including cross-cut, emery wheel, chain saw, pry bars,
4-lb. maul, etc. I have sharpened shovels, hoes, etc. and have sharpened my
own kitchen knives for years. The listers were talking about the old hand
drills the other day...wish I had kept the old brace and bit when we had the
auction in '93. Have no idea how old that thing was! I have a friend who
is worse than you when it comes to mechanical aptitude. If you turned her
loose with a screwdriver or a hammer, she'd be dangerous! Mary P.
