May seem expensive but considering owning a home, paying property
taxes, insurance, maintenance, utilities, (including cable TV), food,
ea. month, and hiring someone to take care of the lawn,
transportation for medical appointments and miscellaneous shopping,
weekly housekeeping, flat laundry, being in a secure safe area with
immediate response time, 24 hours a day, for emergencies, a place
like this doesn't seem out of line. All kinds of programs and
activities are offered at little or no additional costs - if you want
to participate. Oh yes, we have a beauty shop, small grocery store,
banking facilities, crafts room, library, chapel, gardening area.

But I admit, it's not like living in our own home but it's nice to
not have the responsibilities of a house too.
